Deed from John Penn Jr. (with the approval of Juliana Penn, his testamentary guardian) and John Penn Esq. selling a tract of land in Northumberland County called "Wethercock" to Samuel Wetherell, Jr. Verso has statement by master of the rolls dated 26 June 1776 that the instrument was "Inrolled in the rolls of office of and for the Province of Pennsylvania in book AA vol 15 page 775". Includes seal.
