Letters patent, 1924 Nov. 11 : issued to Sebastiano Murabito.

Granting rights to Murabito, of Methuen, Mass., for improvements in fiber-separating machines, patent no. 1,515,440. Accompanied by drawings and specifications. Also contains an unsigned agreement, Mar. 4, 1932, between Murabito and the American Woolen Co., giving Murabito the use of space at the Wood Mill, Lawrence, Mass., for perfecting and testing his invention of an attachment to a spinning frame, twisting frame or other machine for twisting yarn to prevent thread used on these machines from lapping. The agreement notes that Murabito was to be paid $50,000 for assigning the rights to this machine to the company.
