Abbitt, Thomas G. Abernethy, Carl Albert, Dick Bolling, T.M. Carruthers, the Rt. Rev. Samuel B. Chilton, Luther H. Dudley, Carl Elliott, Sr., A. Sydney Herlong, Gordon Lewis, and Howard Worth Smith, Jr. A copy of Carl Albert's foreward for the book is also included.
