Records, 1819-1837.

Ledger has handwritten account of the first organizational meetings with the names of those taking offices in the court and the procedures for district, commissioner, special, judicial and district elections being written out. The court proceedings are indexed in the first section of the book and involve fines, estrays and pounds, granting of licenses for peddling, selling merchandise and keeping a tavern, nonresidents, county roads, school lands, wolf scalps and others.
