Letter to Thomas Leaming in Philadelphia is concerned with the management of Clifford's "Luzerne lands" in Pennsylvania and the dispensation of stocks in the "C & BG" turnpike. Also describes the second miscarriage of Clifford's niece, Mary Caldwell.
