Scrapbooks of news clippings pertaining to his career as Lt. Governor. Most of the clippings are political or social. His speeches frequently were on parental involvement with children to prevent juvenile delinquency, crime, and correctional prisoners. He received a lot of publicity when he came out in favor of paroling Nathan Leopold, the well known child "thrill killer" of the 1920's.
