Rural property inventory, Charlevoix County, Michigan, 1937-1939.

The records in this record group consist of the rural property inventories for Charlevoix County, Michigan for 1937-1939. Contains information describing the land; buildings; fences; crops; woodlands; means of communication; and sources of heat and light in the townships of South Arm, St. James, Peaine, and Wilson. Some records also contain information on improvements to the property as well as a map of some lands showing outstanding topographical features. The inventory was part of Work Progress Administration Project S-110 sponsored by the Michigan State Tax Commission. Records are arranged by alphabetically by township.
