Warranty deed, 1835, granting land in Royal Oak (Mich.) to Saul from G. Hakeman of Royal Oak, as witnessed by J.P. Hulbert and Saul. The deed was attested to on Aug. 13, 1835 in Cayuga County (N.Y.) before John M. Cubert, Register. A printed form, the deed has additional information added in handwriting. The deed is torn and acidic, and breaking at the fold lines.
