Steve Clay White was born August 5, 1896 and lived in Marietta, Georgia. He was a private in Company A, 147th Machine Gun Battalion, 41st Division. He was sent to France in November 1918 after World War I was over and returned home in June 1919. He died on February 2, 1960 and is buried in Marietta National Cemetery.
