White, Steve Clay, 1896-1960.

Steve Clay White was born August 5, 1896 and lived in Marietta, Georgia. He was a private in Company A, 147th Machine Gun Battalion, 41st Division. He was sent to France in November 1918 after World War I was over and returned home in June 1919. He died on February 2, 1960 and is buried in Marietta National Cemetery. Daisy Narcissus White (1885-1964) was his sister, George Napoleon White (1883-1953) was his brother, and his parents were Marietta Frey White (1859-1936) and Napoleon B. White (1849-1927). Steve White and Ethelene Hazel Clay were married on October 7, 1923. Arthur C. Rollins was a Merchant Marine on board ship off the coast of Maine and Massachusetts.
