Stock certificates of common (4 shares) and preferred stock (1 5/10 share) of the Consolidated Finance Corporation, issued to James Deboe, 1923. Also included is a letter to Charles Timpson, Alto (Mich.), from the Detroit Bank and Trust Co., May 8, 1962, advising Timpson that the corporation's stock is worthless.
