Jeremiah La Touche Cuyler was born June 4, 1768 in New York, N.Y. and died May 7, 1839 in Savannah, Georgia. He was a U.S. District Court Judge for the district of Georgia. He received a recess appointment from James Monroe on June 12, 1821 to a seat vacated by William Davies. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 10, 1822, and received commission on January 10, 1822.
