Desert Rats photograph album, 1938 Aug.

Photograph album documenting an August 1938 meeting of the Arizona Desert Rats group at the Cochise Stronghold home of John A. Rockfellow. The photographs show the people attending as well as a tour of the area with captions describing their tour. The group includes Dan Williamson, Edith Kitt, Frank Lockwood, John Rockfellow, Joe McKinney, George Wise, Edwin B. Hill, Father Bonaventure Oblasser, Bernice Cosulich, and Bob Hayden. The tour includes Courtland and Gleeson, Arizona, a Tombstone school and Wells Fargo office, and the ruins of the Butterfield Stage Station at Dragoon, Ariz.
