Provide for an oversight in that day's deed of sale of the estate of Chastel by the Duchess of Portsmouth to Crozat. Crozat to be responsible for any taxes (chief rents?) which might be levied on that estate.

Louise-Renée de Kéroualle was made Duchess of Portsmouth and Aubigny by Charles II, King of England. The Duchess of Portsmouth was one of the king's mistresses. She was born in France and was sometimes considered his Catholic mistress, as opposed to his mistress Nell Gwynne, who considered herself Charles's "Protestant mistress."
