Photographs, newsclippings, programs, correspondence, scrapbook, writings, newsletters, musical scores, and tape recordings, chiefly 1930s-1960s. Includes material from various folk dance organizations in the Bay Area which were active in the revival of folk dancing, such as Chang's International Folk Dancers, California Alpine Folk Dance Group, and the Folk Dance Federation of California. Also charts the career of one of the pioneers in the teaching and performing of folk dance and includes some information about two of his dance partners, Madelynne Greene and Grace Perryman.
