Thomas Hoopes Jackson's Scrapbook No. 2. 1900-1905.

This 380-page scrapbook contains T. H. Jackson's mementoes from his activities as a charter member of the Gamma Kappa chapter of the Sigma Nu Fraternity and his other involvements at the University of Colorado, Boulder, from 1 Sept. 1900 through 1 Apr. 1905. The scrapbook contains his biographies of Sigma Nu members (in p. iii-xv). Due to indexing limitations, only the men whose biographies are fullest are listed here. Generally, each biography contains information on his academic degree, birth (marriage and death) details, school enrollment dates, activities and achievements, and home address. The bulk of the scrapbook contains Jackson's correspondence and printed materials including invitations, programs, tickets and lithographs. Pages 20-22 contain lithographic photos of buildings at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Pages 23-25 contain lithograph photos of the Arnold Well and the McKenzie Well in Boulder, Colo. Two sizes of a group portrait of the Gamma Kappa Chapter members are on p. 1 and 69. Inside an envelope on p. 341 there is a cover letter from Jackson and his 18 page report on the 12th national meeting of the Sigma Nu Fraternity in New Orleans on 27-31 Dec. 1904, and related clippings.
