This small envelope contains 3 photoprints which give 2 views of laborers working on the Eastern Colorado Power Company (later the Central Colorado Power Company) concrete gravity pipeline which was laid from Barker Reservoir to Kossler Reservoir, Boulder County, Colo., in 1906-1910. The glossy print in this envelope is an enlargement of a photo showing the men using two teams of horses to assist them along the pipeline ditch.
