Two papers about the St. Lawrence Seaway delivered at the 1962 Association of American Geographers conference held at Eastern Michigan University (EMU). Included are an introduction by John F. Lounsbury, Head, Dept. of Geography, EMU; a paper entitled "Geopolitical Factors in the St. Lawrence Seaway" (11 p.) by Buckholts; and a paper entitled " Economic Aspects of the St. Lawrence Seaway" (8 p.) by William H. Crosswhite. Also, there is a photocopied newspaper clipping (article) on the St. Lawrence Seaway from the Detroit Free Press, dated May 10, 1964.
