This collection consists of 18 manuscript boxes and 4 Hollinger boxes arranged in five series: 1. Index, n.d. The index was formed after the collection had been arranged. 2. Photographs, 1918-1960. There are approx. 130 b&w photographs of various sizes. The quality of the photographs range from good to excellent. The subject matter of the photos varies from the lumber industry and outdoor scenes ti Indians and people. 3. Negatives, 1918-1960. There are approx. 2,000 b&w negatives of various sizes and subjects. About a third of the negatives are on glass plates. Most of the negatives were taken between 1925 and 1940. About 900 of the negatives are of birds. 4. Color slides, 1945-1960. There are approx. 130 stereo slides. Most of them are landscape and vegetation scenes from the western United States. All slides are excellent in quality. 5. Films, 1920-1960. There are 83 16mm films of various lengths and subjects. Most of the films deal with wildlife, vegetation, or industry. There are both color and b&w films. Some of the films have sound. A few of the films are in poor condition from age and use.
