William Stark papers 1921-2002

The William Stark Papers are housed in two archival boxes and are arranged alphabetically. The materials consist of autobiographical materials, correspondence, including his war-time correspondence with Selective Service from 1942 to 1943, and family materials. Printed materials are related to the Stark business, education, community activities both in the Jewish community and in the general community, and his continuing philanthropic activities.

William Stark was born in 1917 to immigrant parents. He married Olga Bernstein Stark with whom he had two children.
