Power of attorney, Sept. 5, 1825, granting Ebenezer Irving, a New York merchant and business agent, the authority to request and receive Stoner's annual pension for the six months commencing Mar. 5, 1825 and ending Sept. 4, 1825, from the New York State commissioner of loans. The document is witnessed by Aaron Haring and John Kinnicutt, and is also acknowledged by Haring, a Montgomery County judge.
