Land patent in Isabella County (Mich.) for Strong, dated Nov. 10, 1883. The land is for the band of Chippewas of Saginaw, Swan Creek and Black River bands as per the 3rd article of the Oct. 18, 1864 treaty. The patent is signed by Pres. Chester A. Arthur, Secretary M. McKearn, and the Isabella County Register, Charles Cassady.
