Summary: As of 1997, collection consists of records of the following divisions of the New Mexico Office of Cultural Affairs: Arts (1977); State Library (1983, 1987-1989); and Historic Preservation (1986- 1989). Among these records are administrative correspondence, maps, blueprints, field notes, and grant files. State Library records include materials relating to the bicentennial of the U.S. Constitution. Also within the collection are materials involving the New Mexico Columbus Quincentenary Commission (1991-1992).
