Summary: Collection consists of papers of individuals associated with the Charles Ilfeld Co., which operated in Las Vegas, Santa Fe, and other parts of northern New Mexico. Series I consists of the business and personal papers of Charles Ilfeld. Business papers include deeds, certificates, licenses, conveyances, blueprints, correspondence, contracts, notebooks, receipts, invoices, and other materials from the Charles Ilfeld Co. Personal papers include correspondence, notebooks, an incomplete autobiography, and materials concerning Jews and Freemasons in New Mexico, New Mexico Highlands University, Culver Military Institute, New Mexico Land and Irrigation Co., and the estate of Johanna Lobenstein. Series II consists of Marcus Brunswick's business papers. Includes letters and telegrams received. Series III consists of Wilson Waddingham's business papers. Includes letters sent and received and materials concerning the "Kihlberg property." Series IV consists of two maps of Mora County, New Mexico in 1916, and one map of San Miguel County, New Mexico in 1916.
