Alfred Munroe glass plate negative portraits of Concord, Mass., people [graphic], [ca. 1880-ca. 1902].

Portraits include images of about 35 individuals and some of family or other groups as well. Several photographs of people were reproduced from earlier portraits, including images of Louisa May Alcott (taken from a cabinet card), Nathaniel Hawthorne (taken from the Mayall portrait made in London in 1860) and Henry David Thoreau (made from the Dunshee ambrotype image).
