Minutes, staff memoranda, and agenda papers, 1965-1967.

File includes Commission on State Government regular meeting minutes (November 5, 1965 - November 29, 1966) and research committee minutes (December 8, 1965 - May 17, 1966). Commission research staff memoranda discuss state government organization, fiscal management, and general policies.
