Undated copy, probably from around 1855, of a letter of Nov. 22, 1854 from Joaquín Francisco Pacheco of the Primera Secretaría de Estado, Ultramar in Madrid to the superintendent of the Philippines informing him of new regulations concerning sick leave of Spaniards employed in overseas colonies, and requesting that he implement them without delay.
