The Illinois Arts Council Foundation was incorporated as not-for=profit corporation to receive contributions from individuals and corporations to supplement federal and state funds allocated to Illinois Arts Council. Minutes concern nominations and elections of officers, bylaws, operating committees, funding resolutions, investment of foundation funds, approvals of expenditures and policies and procedures for fund raising. Also included are meeting notices and agendas, membership lists, program and audit reports and related correspondence and memoranda.
