85 v., 1860-1965, and a wedding tintype portrait of James Henry Imus and Jennie Ina Imus (11/3/1870), in two boxes (1.25 cu. ft.). Thevolumes include: 18 diaries of Lyman Ina, 1860-1877, discussing farming, family, and goods purchased; four diaries of Jennie Ina Imus, 1867, 1870-1872, discussing family and church activities; one daily cash book, 1886, of Emma Ina Blakeslie; one diary, 1874, of James Henry Imus, describing daily activities such as teaching, school and work as a travelling salesman for Smith and Walker, Lawton (Mich.) and 25 daily "mill" cash books, 1897-1920, 1922-1923, of cash spent and received. Also for Genevieve Imus there are 70 daily cash books, 1907-1963, for groceries, personal items, etc., four diaries, 1891, 1945, 1954, and 1965, about family affairs; another account book, 1936-1961 with Genevieve as executor of an unknown estate, and a class list, undated of Miss Bell's class. Lyman Ina was a farmer near Brockport (New York State) who came to Galesburg, Kalamazoo County (Mich.) in 1869. He had five daughters: Amelia, Emma, Jennie, Julia, and Netta. Jennie married James H. Imus. The Imuses moved to Dayton (Ohio) in June 1907, where they had four children: Neve, Harry (H.L.), who became a doctor, Genevieve, and A.B., who lived in Galesburg. Genevive was an assist. chemist at the Minnesota State Dairy and Ford Dept., St. Paul (Minn.). She lived with her parents in Dayton...
