Photocopy of a handwritten and signed proclamation dated 15 Feb. 1713. Anne authorizes William Lownder, "Our Exchequer," to provide not more than 20,000 pounds for "Our Secret Services." Also included is a photocopy of an engraved portrait of Anne.

Anne, Queen of Great Britain 1702-1714, was the last Stuart monarch.
