The collection contains a facsimile of the 16 April 1968 charter of the Veterans Organization of Pennsylvania State University signed by fifty-one members and advisor, a letter from Pennsylvania Governor Robert P. Casey welcoming them to their 20th anniversary weekend celebration, and two letters congratulating them on their 25th anniversary from U.S. Congressman William F.
