Duplicate copy of a letter, dated September 26, 1797, to Juan de Lángara of the Navy Department in Aranjuez, from Juan de Araoz, naval commander of Havana, informing him that the island of Roatán has been re-taken from the English and enclosing a copy of the diary-report prepared by the head of the expedition, don José Rosí y Rubí.
