Industrial and technical school for Pullman, Illinois, residents and Pullman Company employees, opened in 1915. In his 1897 will, George M. Pullman provided $1,200,000 to establish a "free manual training school" and named as directors Robert T. Lincoln, Frank O. Lowden, and Norman B. Ream, and four others.
