This series contains the minutes of the regular and special meetings of the Board of Control (1905-1964) and the Board of Regents (1965-1974; 1987-1988). The records from 1905 to 1974 are in bound volumes; records from 1987-1988 are contained in file folders. There is a considerable gap in the series from 1974 to April of 1987. There is related material in Series 1292, which contains the agenda back-up material.
