This series contains the 1966-1967 Constitutional Convention proceedings maintained by the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. The records contain transcripts of the proceedings held between November 1966 and January 1967. The series also includes a compilation of the proceedings by article and section number of the final proposed constitution.

The 1968 Constitution contains a continuous revision clause providing for the revision of the Constitution within the first ten years after approval, and a revision every twenty years thereafter (Article XI, Section 2). The Constitution specifies a thirty-seven member commission be selected to prepare revisions.
