Christ Church Parish records, 1694-ca. 1900.

Bound holograph transcript (ca. 1900) of the Christ Episcopal Church register and proceedings copied by Langdon Cheves, Esq. for the South Carolina Historical Society. Records of births and baptisms (1694-1843), marriages (1723-1830), and deaths and burials (1709-1833) are scattered through various parts of the volume (a copy of original register, 1694-1789, is in the front of volume). Also contains church proceedings of parishioners and vestry (1708-1847) and includes communicants of Christ Church (1750, 1832 and 1833), Black communicants (1833?), and accounts.
