Charleston, South Carolina painter and glazier and South Carolina state representative. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Flagg was in Charleston by the mid-1760s. He owned property in Charleston and in St. James Goose Creek Parish and served as a city official in Charleston in many capacities including firemaster (1784, 1788).
