Family historian, researcher, teacher and author. Mrs Ann Smith (née Broadhead) grew up in Bungonia, New South Wales, and attended Wagga Wagga Teacher's College, 1948-1950. She taught Infant's School for 37 years. Smith's main genealogical interest is the Broadhead family and her local history research has focussed on the Goulburn-Marulan-Bungonia area of New South Wales.
