Records of a state association organized in 1895 as an affiliation of local women's clubs throughout Minnesota. The collection includes minutes of the executive board, advisory council, annual conventions, and midwinter meetings; annual reports; programs, delegate register, and other items from federation conventions; newsletters, directories, yearbooks, and other federation publications; scrapbooks; records of constituent districts and clubs; and assorted miscellany. Among the files are memorial sketches of various members; histories of the federation and of constituent districts and clubs; minutes and clippings about the Pioneer Workers of the Minnesota Federation of Women's Clubs (1912-1924); miscellany pertaining to the celebration of Susan B. Anthony Day (1941-1947); and some published materials from the General Federation of Women's Clubs and the Iowa Federation of Women's Clubs.
