William Thomas Hudnell (b. 1908, Aurora, N.C.-d. July 4, 1986), U.S. Air Force officer, enlisted in the Army Air Corps in 1931 and earned pilot's wings and a commission in 1933. After various command and logistic staff assignments, he was appointed assistant chief of staff for materiel of the 1st Fighter Command in 1942.
