"I have had the honor of your communications with a copy of the Treaty of Peace between Great Britain and the United States for which I return you my thanks. I have the honor to be Sir your most obedient humble servant James Lucas Yeo." Folded out on the side of the page is an initialed note "Kingston 2d. Mar. 1815 Commd. Sir J. L.
