(Transcription available) -- Printed document (vellum), executed for and signed by Mifflin as Governor of Pennsylvania, granting land to John Nicholson, 1796 Oct. 28. Signed by James Trimble, Deputy Sec. The warrant is for a tract of land called Strabane (400 acres) in Westmorland County.
