Accompanied by a letter from G.F. Beltz of the College of Arms to Thomas Coutts, March 3, 1821, stating that he was commissioned to send the poem as requested by Mrs Garrick for his and Lady Burdett's autograph collection. Endorsed by Thomas Coutts's daughter.
