Autograph letter signed from Caleb Whitefoord, Adelphi, to Mrs. Garrick [manuscript], 1800 November 26.

Year from watermark. Received her note with the ticket. They have now seen the new Falstaff, who fills the part, but Whitefoord wishes he could infuse more humor into the acting and more expression into his face, and also that his face had not quite so youthful an appearance. He is certainly plump Jack rather than Sir John.
