Consists of typewritten notes taken by Franz Schneider Jr., former financial editor of the New York Sun, and based on interviews with T.W. Lamon and Dwight W. Morrow. The notes include their memories of both J.P. Morgan (1867-1943) and his father J. Pierpont Morgan (1837-1913). The typescript is accompanied by two typewritten letters between H.S. Morgan and F.B. Adams, former director of the Morgan Library, regarding the notes.
