Saying that he hears from Ignaz Moscheles in Paris that Moscheles has honored Speyer's request for a manuscript for the Mozartstiftung, that through a misunderstanding Moscheles sent the manuscript of his Ballade to Pott, asking Pott to send it to Speyer for the Mozartstiftung, and suggesting that Pott send a musical contribution as well.
