Saying that there is a portable organ for sale in St. Peter's church in Hamburg and that the "Princely Widow" in Schöningen should decide soon if she wishes to buy it since it certainly will not remain unsold for long, adding that although he would prefer payment in cash he would accept a partial payment or a delayed one, telling her he intends to go to Hildesheim but will postpone the trip to the following week so he can discuss with her their present musical work; adding in a postscript that he has received the new arias she sent and that he can tell that she has improved considerably with the help of his modest instruction.
