Autograph letter signed : [n.p., Paris?], to [M. Roll], [n.d., 1880's?].

Saying that the day before he was brought orchestral parts to correct for that morning's rehearsal of the Concert Godard, had asked not to be disturbed, was astounded when his wife asked him if he had counted on joining Roll that evening, that he only returned to his work at 2:00 AM, followed by a dreadful rehearsal that morning, and complaining testily about the whole unfortunate affair.
