Autograph letter signed, dated : [London] June 28 1823, to an unidentified recipient, 1823 June 28.

Saying that he wrote to Mr. Ellistone [i.e. Robert William Elliston?] three months before asking for £12 a month for himself and £5 for Mrs. Horn but that, inasmuch as no agreement could be reached, he would be glad for a proposal from the recipient.
