Saying that Alberto Mazzucato has asked for permission to perform L'étoile du nord at the Teatro della Can[n]obiana in Milan the following spring, granting the authorization under certain conditions, acknowledging receipt of Guidi's two letters inviting him to compose an opera for Florence but expressing regret that he cannot accept at that time.
